[Hospital administration Russell STROMBERG - considers proposal government cookbook medical] Rate of incr. of Medicare costs discussed; pros and cons of proposal considered. [Dr. James BURNS - thinks it negates free enterprise.] Non-Medicare patients said possibly billed more by hospitals to make up for lost revenue if President's plan is approved.
