(Studio) United States envoy Philip Habib reported meeting in Beirut today with Lebanese President Amin Gemayel and Prime Min. Shafik al-Wazan to discuss withdrawal of all for. forces from Lebanon; Habib recalled successfully negotiating withdrawal of Israel from Beirut. Israeli conditions for withdrawal noted based on prisoners held by PLO.
