(Studio) Bobby Seale bound and gagged in Court again He insists he isn't representative by Attorney of choice, and wants to be own cnsl.

(Chicago, Illinois) While trying to retie Seale's loosened bonds, Marshal accidentally hit him on chin. Seale shouted names at Judge Julius Hoffman on way out of Court Defense Attorney William Kunstler says ashamed to be American Attorney Judge says Kunstler should be ashamed of conduct at trial. Seale returns with stronger gag. He refuses Judge's deal to take off gag and bonds if Seale quiet.
