(Studio) Citizens' lobby organization, Common Cause, won civil suit last August compelling Nixon's campaign financial committee to disclose contributions and expenditure records. Common Cause runs into some problems getting records but files subpoenas today for President Nixon.

(DC) Nixon subpoenaed individually and as President [Common Cause lawyer Kenneth GUIDO - explains reasons for 2 subpoenas.] 10 other subpoenas issued for records held by attorney Herbert Kalmbach, Bebe Rebozo and F.M. Rainey, brother-in-law of H.R. Haldeman.
