(Studio) New treatment for one form of cancer featured.
REPORTER: Dan Rather

(Dallas, Texas) Research at Southwestern Medical School, Dallas, reported having found cure for leukemia in white mice. [Microbiologist Dr. Ellen VITETTA - says medicine is ricin, derived from castor bean.] Use of poisonous ricin in assassination of Bulgarian exile, stabbed with umbrella point carrying substance noted. Method of treatment explained. [Microbiologist Dr. Jonathon UHR - speaks of success of treatment.] More research said needed to determine effect on human beings.
