[PRISONERS - praise sheriff.] [Sheriff Lloyd BOSTON - believes kind treatment of prisoners gets better results.] Good relationship between sheriff and inmates noted. Homelike atmosphere of jail shown. [PRISONER - appreciates being treated as a person.] [BOSTON - tells of bedtime snacks for prisoners. Says returnees infrequent.] Child of jailer, Dennis Deem, noted having free run of his "playpen."
