(Booth Bay Harbor, ME) Gimbel Brothers department store in New York City and Gimbel and Sons Country Store in Booth Bay Harbor, ME, featured in contrast. [Jack GIMBEL - reads letter from lawyer for Gimbel Brothers questioning his use of name.] Gimbel and Sons in Maine characterized as summer tourist shop. Booth Bay shown as tiny Maine village. Town said rallying to Jack Gimbel's support. [Defense fund Tom NORTON - says Jack has right to use his own name on his own store.] [Jack GIMBEL - would rather have called his store "Bloomingdale's" or "Altman's."] Gimbel Brothers lawyer said urging store be called "Jack Gimbel and Sons." [Jack GIMBEL - won't negotiate matter of principle.]
