(Studio) Saudi Arabia's Sheik Yamani says new development in Mid. E. doesn't mean Arab oil embargo over. Federal Energy Office says oil embargo almost fully effective now.

(DC) Oil imports down last week [Energy office Eric ZAUSNER - says fluctuations dip to level of fully effective embargo.] Energy office not overly concerned; expects fluctuations from week to week [Exxon Corp. pres. Clifford GARVIN - thinks real shortage to be felt soon.] [Reporter Jules BERGMAN - asks if shipments from Mid. E. decline now because of Arab boycott.] Garvin agrees. Gasoline stks. below last year's levels.
