(DC) Bad weather cuts expected corn, soybean, feed grain crops. Wheat to produce record crop, however. [Agriculture economist Don PAARLBERG - says adverse weather responsible for bad crops.] Reporter Greg Dobbs interviews agriculture consultant. [Conrad LESLIE - believes food costs could increase as much as 25%.]
