(Studio) Nicaraguan junta leader Dan. Ortega reported accusing United States of backing attacks on schools and hospitals there and will thus seek foreign aid in improving nation's defs.; Cuba and USSR thought likely sources of aid. Ortega noted also announcing Esso Oil Company's halt to shipments of Mexican oil to Nicaragua out of concern for ships' safety; rebel raid on major oil port today described.
