[Mayor Richard FLICKINGER - is pleased with decision.] [National Rifle Association spokesperson John AQUILINO - dismisses significance of court decision.] Supreme Court decision to hear cases on right of United States intelligence agencies to covertly intercept private citizens' foreign phone calls, banning of wine commercials on cable television systems, constitutional right of demonstrators to sleep in front of White House and refusal to hear lower court ruling on Arizona high school students' alleged sex discrimination noted.
