(DC) Interior Secretary James Watt, vacationing in California, thought probably resigning soon; indications on Capitol Hill of Watt's continued loss of support among congress Republicans discussed. [Senator John WARNER - notes number Senators still supporting Watt.] [Senator Jesse HELMS - blames media and environmentalists for Watt's problems.] [Gerald FORD - feels Watt is detrimental to President Reagan.] White House said denying administration is considering possible successors for Watt.
