(Studio) Wisconsin Supreme Court agrees to hear Father James Groppi's request for writ of habeas corpus to free him from jail. Welfare protesters want legislature to restore $33 million cut funds.

[Hulbert JAMES - says United States can end poverty now.] Crowd marches to jail; no violence. National Guard and police patrol Capitol. Legis. allows 100 marchers in to hear proceedings. Open welfare debate to be held Wednesday
