(DC) White House recalled using executive privilege to prevent cong. investigation from obtaining documents pertaining to EPA's toxic waste superfund; current controversy over EPA's termination of employees and presence of paper shredders mentioned. [Representative Elliott LEVITAS - announces agreement with White House to receive necessary documents.] Details of arrangement outlined on screen; Congress noted dropping contempt chgs. against Anne Gorsuch. [GORSUCH - is pleased with outcome.] President Reagan noted claiming agreement is consistent with executive privilege. [Representative James SCHEUER - believes Congress was victorious.] Scheuer's change of heart later noted.
