(DC) General R. H. Barrow, in letter to Defense Secretary Caspar Weinberger, reported chging. Israelis with intentionally threatening lives of United States Marines; details outlined on screen. [BARROW - explains purpose of letter; hopes defense minister Moshe Arens will deal with problem.] [WEINBERGER - hopes situation improves.] [Voice of Colonel James MEAD - acknowledges incidents.] Grenade attack on Marines yesterday recalled. [MARINE - describes incident.] Italian peacekeeping forces said attacked today.
