[Committee chairperson Peter RODINO - says he's interested in checking out conflict of interest.] [Representative John CONYERS - states his confirmation decision to be based on Rockefeller's ability to serve cntry.'s best interest.] Unconfirmed reports suggest Rockefeller money may be involved in derogatory books about John Connally and Barry Goldwater, but Judiciary Committee member says FBI file can't confirm such reports
