(Studio) President Ford conts. work on economy proposals to be presented next week ABC to carry Ford's address live at 4 p.m. EDT next Tuesday Ford meets with economy advisers and later reporters

(White House) Ford shares fuel conservation suggestions he's received in mail from 3rd grade class. [FORD - says energy proposals to call for cooperation on all levels.] Ford ruling out harshest suggestions such as gasoline rationing, gas tax, wage, price controls. Press Secretary Ron Nessen says President states Ford administration not in chaos; tough decisions must be made, but that's not chaos.
