(Studio) Former President Nixon released from hosp.
REPORTER: Howard K. Smith

(Long Beach, California) Former President looks more exhausted leaving hosp than on entering. Nixon's therapy outlined Nixon's doctor, John Lungren, doesn't want him to travel for at least 3 mos. but approves Nixon taking Watergate deposition in 2 weeks [LUNGREN - doesn't think television cameras should be allowed to accompany deposition because Nixon could development stress ulcers.] Lungren doesn't object to Judge John Sirica ordering court-apptd. physician to examine Nixon, but he sees no point to it.
