[Rita SMITH - isn't surprised by flooding.] Weather noted hampering cleanup of massive oil slick on Mississippi River in Saint Louis, Missouri, the result of weekend barge accident; details given. [Coast Guard spokesperson James CARD - describes cleanup process.] Fear that flood later in week will spread oil onto agriculture land and wildlife noted.
