(DC) Extermination of large number of chickens in Franklin, ID, in 1979 due to PCB contamination recalled; current Environmental Protection Agency analysis of extent of PCBs in human food chain examined. [EPA spokesperson Don. CLAY - notes presence of PCBs in all humans.] Implications of findings explained; related statistics graphed on screen. [EPA spokesperson Dr. Frederick KUTZ - notes decline in PCBs in aquatic life.] Question of PCBs actual danger to humans and extent of its presence in the environmental considered.
