(Studio) Terrorist gunmen attack on Arab students in Hebron today reported; details given.

(Hebron, Israel) Attack by unidentified terrorists here examined; films shown. [Area commander General Uri ORR - doesn't have any leads yet.] Increased sec. measures described. [Lieutenant General Moshe LEVY - acknowledges seriousness of situation.] Civil unrest in town as result discussed; past Arab and Jewish assaults on each other recalled. [Settlement leader Elyakim Ha ETZNI - fears attack was by Jewish extremists.] Justice minister's alleged commitment to capturing and prosecuting attackers noted doubted by Arabs.
