(Studio) Margaretta "Happy" Rockefeller undergoes surgery for removal of right breast about 6 weeks after 1st operation.
REPORTER: Harry Reasoner

(NYC) Happy left Memorial Hospital on October 24 after removal of left breast. Same team surgeons headed by Dr. Jerome Urban did this operation. [URBAN - says Happy not in position to undergo surgery at that time, so he and Governor Nelson Rockefeller decided to withhold info. until she was able to undergo surgery again.] [ROCKEFELLER - says wife regained consciousness in operating room. Felt surgery best rte.] Urban feels operation complete success.
