(Studio) President Reagan, in last night's debate, recalled claiming most CIA terrorist manuals instructing in techniques of political assassinations and containing references to "neutralizing" Sandinista officials in Nicaragua were confiscated; Senate Intelligence Committee chairperson Sam Nunn reported challenging veracity of that remark. Details given. CIA agent who authorized manual in Nicaragua (sic) reported suspended pending investigation.
