[Investor committee spokesperson Maureen SHUMAN - explains attending auction.] Dominelli's rise and fall, include relationship with former Del Mar Mayor Nancy Hoover and San Diego Mayor Roger Hedgecock, reviewed; Hedgecock noted currently under indictment for perjury and conspiracy.
