(Studio) Navy Secretary John Lehman reported deciding against cancellation of existing defense contracts with General Dynamics, Newport News Shipbuilding, General Elec. and Westinghouse, despite investigations into their gifts to Admiral Hyman Rickover; Lehman reported also awarding new contracts to General Dynamics and Newport News.
