[WEINBERGER - claims White House story is false.] Admin. source's claim that proposal was made by Weinberger outlined on screen, described. [Representative William DICKINSON - cites need for defense freeze.] Freeze's possible effect on Reagan's MX missile program noted; Senator Barry Goldwater's support for abandoning MX quoted on screen. [DICKINSON - agrees MX is in trouble.]
