[Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms agency spokesperson Dan CONROY - comments.] Wheaton, MD, bombing in November recalled; film shown. FBI's refusal to get involved said due to its definition of terrorism. Protests against abortion in Pensacola said to have been scene of constant picketing for some time. Dr. William Permenter's comments about bombing of his office quoted. [PERMENTER - comments.] Reaction of anti-abortion groups to bombings stated.
