(Studio) Mil. leaders often accused of preparing to fight next war with last war's techniques.

(Fort Stewart, Georgia) If United States forced into military action, Black Berets to be ready. [Commanding officer Lieutenant Colonel K.C. LEUER - believes Black Berets can react to demands of nation wherever troops needed.] Rangers train with live ammunition. [Captain Ronnie ROKASZ - says at completion of training program, men to be most professional soldiers.] Morale no problem with troops; reaction taken.
