[Feb. 22, 1984, REAGAN - claims to desire better US-USSR relations] Chernenko's and Reagan's correspondence outlined on screen, discussed. [Henry KISSINGER - feels such process supplements traditional diplomacy.] Reagan's communication with late Leonid Brezhnev recalled.
