(Atlanta, Georgia) Georgia Governor Joe Frank Harris and Atlanta Mayor Andrew Young shown reopening General Motors Corporation plant; economy factors affecting reopening outlined, discussed. Necessity of many Georgia workers to relocate to GM's Louisiana plant cited; Mack Kirby's situation given as example [KIRBY - has had difficulty adjusting.] [Terry DANIEL - hopes to rebuild strained marriage with return to Georgia.] Relocated employees Bobby Hosely and Ovie Turner noted. [TURNER - is ready to do whatever necessary to stay in Georgia.]
