Corruptions Act by Bechtel Group; Defense Secretary Caspar Weinberger and Secretary of State George Shultz recalled execs. with Bechtel. Allegations of Bechtel bribery of South Korean officials, appearing in joint articles in "Mother Jones" and "Multintl. Monitor" mags., outlined, discussed; Shultz and Weinberger said ostensibly in position with Bechtel at the time to have been aware of bribes. Reaction to article by Weinberger spokesperson quoted.
