(DC) Federal investigations into alleged partnership of fugitive United States financier Robert Vesco and Cuban leader Fidel Castro whereby Colombian cocaine smugglers use Cuba as safe harbor and Cuba purchases illegal high technology and arms shipments from United States sources for export elsewhere examined; cases in United States verifying American-Cuban drug connection recalled. Govt. said currently investigating Vesco's son Daniel, believed in United States to ostensibly launder drug money through Panama.
