Republican caucus reelects John Anderson as its chairperson Anderson wins over Charles Wiggins. [ANDERSON - believes Republicans should stand behind President Ford.] [WIGGINS - hopes his staunch support of Nixon didn't keep him from winning chrmship.] Democrats strip some power from Wilbur Mills' Ways and Means Committee; details given.
