(London, England) President Reagan's recent public remarks on USSR recalled; White House acceptance of Kremlin's recent assurances that dissident Andrei Sakharov and wife Yelena Bonner are safe recalled. [Sakharov's stepdaughter Tatyana YANKELEVICH - criticizes White House lending credibility to Soviet regime; doesn't take Kremlin statement seriously.] Secretary State George Shultz's revised administration statement on issue today outlined. Econ. summit's criticism of high United States interest rates mentioned.
