(London, England) Ayatollah Khomeini said apparently ruling out any peace efforts with Iraq in speech today; details given, films shown. His denouncement of those calling for compromise as opponents of Islam quoted; President Ali Khamenei said offering to widen limited cease-fire agreement with Iraq to include Persian Gulf shipping. Questions arising from Iran's failure to launch long-publicized offensive against Iraq considered.
