(Chicago, Illinois) Minneapolis, Minnesota, police department's use of computer hacker Peter Leppik to break into computer files of suspected child molester Lyle Patton examined; films shown. [sergeant James MARTIN - explains need for more information on Patton's mental state.] Leppik recalled becoming friendly with police computer experts after having broken into bank's computer files himself. [LEPPIK - explains cracking Patton's code.] [MARTIN - is hopeful of solving more cases with new info.]
