(Providence, Rhode Island) Recent arrest of David Roger Collins for alleged kidnapping and child sexual abuse of victim Bobby Smith and Smith's reunion with family recalled; films shown. Authorities' concern over discovery of cache of photos of children in Collins' apt and possible implications for other missing youths examined. Rhode Island attorney general Arlene Violet's inability to identification children in Collins' photos with National Center for Missing and Exploited Children noted. [VIOLET - fears Collins was sexually involved with those in question; explains.] [NEIGHBOR - think he recognizes one photo.] [Center spokesperson Jay HOWELL - describes callers' response so far.]
