(Kansas City, Missouri) Democrats hope to adopt party const. National chairperson Robert Strauss heads rules committee ; hopefully everyone will be reasonably happy with committee 's decisions. Most delegates willing to compromise in effort to avoid repeat of `72 Democratic Convention. Chicago's Mayor Richard Daley to be arriving in Kansas City soon.
