(Helsinki, Finland) Finland's search for debris from USSR cruise missile, apparently crashing last week and downplayed by Finnish government, examined; films shown. Finland's border with USSR and mutual defense treaty mentioned. [Major Kari SAKSELA - acknowledges search for whatever may exist.] Rumors that Finland had refrained from search until pressured by Norway due to USSR 's violation of latter's airspace noted; possible circumstances surrounding missile's course considered. [Norwegian Prime Min. Kaare WILLOCH - assumes incident was accident; has protested.] Pol. factors underlying United States and USSR silence explained.
