(Atlanta, Georgia) FBI reported investigating last Sunday's crash of parachute club plane due to discovery of contaminated fuel and pilot David Lee Williams' association with Andrew Thornton; Thornton recalled dying in parachute fall in Knoxville, Tennessee, last month carrying large quantity of cocaine. [National Trans. Safety Bd. chairperson James BURNETT - cites discovery of sugar in fuel.] [FBI spokesperson Weldon KENNEDY - will pursue Williams-Thornton link.]
