[Jean SUTHERLAND - describes husband's letter to her.] Hostages mentioned claiming William Buckley is dead; their failure to mention hostage Peter Kilburn noted. [Eric JACOBSEN, Reverend Ben. WEIR - call for negotiations with terrorists.] Admin. spokesperson's statement outlined.
