[PEOPLE - react to police bombing.] [Shantee BOND - remembers it was her birthday.] City's promise to rebuild neighborhood destroyed in action against radical group MOVE stated, as well as failure so far to fulfill commitment. Mayor Wilson Goode's tour of some new homes noted. One completed house said to go to Gloria and Henry Gamble. [Gloria GAMBLE - comments.] Bond family's reactions reported [Lorraine BOND - comments.] Displeasure of Howard Nichols and others with regard to quality of new construction noted. [NICHOLS - comments.] [Developer Ernest EDWARDS - compares types of materials being used to various types of cars.]
