(Studio) Special Watergate prosecutor Leon Jaworski intends to use former White House cnsl. John Dean as Prosecution witness in trial of former White House appointed secretary Dwight Chapin. Using Dean as witness causes controversy.

(DC) Confrontation occurs today over Jaworski's defense of Dean on ABC's "Issues and Answers" last week "Issues and Answers" film reshown. Judge Gerhard Gesell admonishes Jaworski for public display of opinions. Gesell also rebukes Chapin's lawyer for requesting White House tape. Judge to rule on appropriateness of Dean as witness against Chapin next week Dean didn't show up for today's confrontation.
