(Studio) When prisoners of war exchange occurs, Israel to release 378 Syrian POWs.

(Israel) Red Cross officials visit Syrian POWs frequently to observe conditions. POWs cook own food; no work imposed on them. Till Israeli POW list released and Red Cross allowed to visit, no exchange to take place.
