(Studio) Budget director Roy Ash clarifies last week's statement with regard to energy crisis.

[ASH - believes his statement consistent with President' pledge to break back of energy crisis in `74.] [Senator William PROXMIRE - asks Ash about continuing oil embargo and its effect on energy crisis.] [ASH - believes crisis can be ended if Americans learn to live with less energy.] FEO head William Simon still disagrees with Ash's main argument for ending energy crisis.
