(DC) Despite Federal Energy Office head William Simon's warning of President' veto of present bill, Senator passes it overwhelmingly. Senator Henry Jackson sponsors measure for rolling back domestic crude oil prices. [JACKSON - believes yesterday's upset election in Michigan causes passage.] Details of energy bill reviewed. [Senator Charles PERCY - insists price rollbacks to destroy production and lessen supplies; consumer won't benefit.] House to vote on bill next.
