[Attorney Jim WAGNER - explains his test case before state supreme court against mandatory "pro bono."] Wagner recalled ordered to represent prison inmate Terry Yarborough in civil suit. [Attorney Judson CUNNINGHAM - will continue refusing court's order.] [JUDGES - defs. order.] Wagner's test case mentioned claiming slavery.
