[Dist. attorney Robert MORGENTHAU - considers implications of indictment.] [GOETZ - is confident controversy will end.] [Goetz's attorney Barry SLOTNICK - comments.] [Recently, GOETZ - would probably repeat behavior under same circumstances.] Factors apparently influencing second grand jury considered. [Victim's attorney William KUNSTLER - accuses Goetz of deliberate attempted murder.] Goetz's eagerness for trial noted.
