(Studio) Ethiopia's agriculture minister opens round of talks in Washington, DC to discuss critical drought and famine problem in his country Agriculture Secretary Earl Butz meets with Ethiopia's minister.

(Ethiopia) Charges against Ethiopian govt in handling aid program to drought victims reviewed. Medical services ignored by government; road system unrevised to reach drought victims in remote areas. Crisis stabilizes, but famine victims must depend solely on United States aid program.
