(Columbus, Georgia) Calley's penalty reviewed; lawyer's arguments for Calley's release reviewed ; former Calley guard Chris Murphy recommends Calley be released. Calley's fiancee, Ann Moore, agrees with proposal to release Calley. Calley's military trial judge recommends freedom be less restrictive. United States Attorney Charles Aaron's argument reviewed. Judge J. Robert Elliott agrees with proposal to free Calley. [Calley's attorney Kenneth HENSON - believes civilian court recognized Calley's penalty was too stiff.]
